Tracking Your Order

1. Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club will respond to your order request within 24 business hours by providing you an E-mail confirming the receipt and status of your order.
2. To check the status of your order at your convenience (24 hours, 7 days a week), you can return to the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Online Store and access your order information through the "MY ACCOUNT" page. This will provide the status of fulfillment of your order (Pending, Processing, or Delivered).

Shipping Your Order
At Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club we are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery. Our Shipping and Returns policy will make your shopping experience convenient and worry-free. When placing your order, please consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to shipping your order.
• Business days at Saskatchewan Roughrider Web Sotre are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, not including regular holidays.
• Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy and promptness of your order. We will respond to your order by E-mail within 24 business hours and comply to fulfill it within 4 weeks. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business day. Please note that orders made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Once your item(s) is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your item(s) immediately.
• Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include any holidays of our delivery carrier. Allow 4 weeks for delivery by courier for the majority of communities.
• All orders will be shipped using Canada Post.
• Shipping costs are a flat rate. Within Saskatchewan $10.00, within Canada (not including Saskatchewan) $15.00, within the United States $25.00, and overseas $25.00.
• Please be available or have available a responsible person to sign and accept your order during business hours. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will provide instructions to receive your order (local warehouse, 2nd attempt, etc.).

Returning Your Order
At the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Our policy is a full return within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in original condition (unused). We sincerely hope you find what you need at our Web site and are satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate returns by mail and handled in the following way:

1. Please place the product in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.
2. Please include the original receipt. If you have discarded the original receipt, please contact us via E-mail or telephone for further guidelines.
3. Please enclose a note indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange for the product.

5. Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club will be pleased to refund any shipping costs for your original order and the refund if the product was defective, damaged, or is an error that we have made. Please contact us for further guidelines.
6. The refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame and will be issued to the same credit card you used to purchase your order.

Canceling Your Order
At Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is very little time for you to cancel orders. We are committed to responding to an order request within 24 hours. You can review the status of your order by returning to our Web site and clicking on "MY ACCOUNT". Shall the order status not be updated since the placement of your order, please contact us immediately either by E-mail or telephone and we will do our best to cancel the order. Please remember, you can always return or exchange your order.
