Shipping & Delivery
      
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. 
All orders are shipped via Canada Post; please allow 2 weeks for delivery of product.  At this time, due to website restrictions, Canada Post tracking numbers will only be sent by request; you will receive an email the day your order is shipped.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for customized items.
Shipping costs are a flat rate. Within Saskatchewan $10.00, within Canada (excluding Saskatchewan) $15.00, within the United States and overseas $25.00

Returns & Replacements

Our policy is a full return within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in its original condition (tags must be on; product unused). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate your return. Please mail your pre-paid package to the following address:

Sale items, custom ordered rugs, custom ordered clocks and customized jerseys are a final sale, returns and exchanges are not accepted on these items.
The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club will be please to refund any shipping costs from your original order and refund the product, if the product was defective, damaged or there was an error that we made. Please contact for further guidelines.
Your refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame and will only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Current Forms of Payment Accepted:

Credit cards will be charged as soon as an order is placed.
Gift cards are not currently accepted as a form of payment online, please watch for this to become available in the upcoming months.
Shareholder's Discount:
In order to receive a Shareholder's Discount, the account must be created under the Shareholder's name and your Shareholder's number must be entered in the appropriate space in your account information. The account information will be manually verified (please allow 24 hours for verification); once this has happened your discount will automatically be applied to all applicable purchases.
Promotion/Discount Codes:
If you have received a discount code please ensure that you enter the code exactly as it appears (please note these passwords are case sensitive).
In store promotions will not be applied to online orders and web promotions will be not be available for in store or mail order purchases. 
Web promotions are subject to change.

Viewing Orders

Log into your account, on the left side of the page you will see a menu of information that is available for your viewing. Click on "My Orders" and it will show you the orders you have placed since April 11, 2011.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information:
1. Log into the website using your email address and password.
2. If not directly taken to the "My Account" page, click on the "Your Account" tab at the very top of the webpage.
3. You should be viewing "My Dashboard", scroll down to view your contact information as well as your shipping information.
4. Look for the appropriate option: edit (account information)/change password/manage addresses or edit address and click on the applicable one.
5. Update your information.
