How to Shop Online

Selecting a product you wish to purchase

1. Click on the thumbnail image of any product or the 'Buy Now' button located adjacent to the thumbnail image (figure 1.1). You will be linked to a new page containing the product's details.

2. If applicable, select your sizing choice and complete any customization options in the fields provided below the item description.
3. Click the 'Add to Cart' button located at the bottom of the item description (figure 1.2).

4. You will be linked to the 'What's in my Cart' page (figure.1.3). This page contains a summary of the items you have selected for purchase. If you wish to add more items to the cart, click the 'Continue Shopping' button and repeat steps 1 - 4.

5. Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, continue to the next section.

Modifying Items in the Shopping Cart

1. To remove an item from the Shopping Cart, click the checkbox located directly to the left of the product thumbnail image you wish to remove (figure 2.1). Click the 'Update' button located underneath the Shopping Cart summary to finalize the change.

2. To change the quantity of a product you wish to order enter the number in the field under the 'Qty.' heading (figure 2.2). Click the 'Update' button located underneath the Shopping Cart summary to finalize the change. Once you are satisified with the contents of your Shopping Cart click the 'Checkout' button to be taken to the 'Welcome, Please Sign In' page.

Setting Up Your Account

1. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password in the fields provided and click the 'Sign In' button. Proceed to the 'Selecting the Shipping Address' section of this guide.
2. If this is your first time purchasing products from the Riderville Store, click the 'Continue' button located under the 'New Customer' heading.
3. Complete the form on the 'My Account Information' page. Fields marked with an red asterix (*) indicate a required field (figure 3.1) and must be completed before you will be allowed to continue to the next step.
   
   

Selecting the Shipping Address

1. The 'Delivery Information' page (figure 4.1) will allow you to change the shipping address of where your products will be sent. To change the address, click the 'Change Address' button and enter the new address, otherwise your products will be shipped to the address entered on the 'My Account Information'.

2. If applicable, select your shipping preference from the options provided.
3. Enter any comments you feel you feel may be relevant to your order in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' field, otherwise leave the field blank and click the 'Continue' button.

Selecting the Payment Method

1. On the 'Payment Information' page (figure 5.1) enter your credit card details in the fields provided.

2. Enter any comments you feel you feel may be relevant to your order in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' field, otherwise leave the field blank and click the 'Continue' button.

Confirming Your Order

1. The 'Order Confirmation' page (figure 6.1) will provide a complete summary of your order. Please verify that all information is correct. If you wish to make changes to your order click the 'Edit' link located adjacent to the information you wish to change.
2. Once you are satisfied that all the summary information is correct click the 'Confirm Order' button at the bottom of the page.
